I just watched this one on netflix instant (a great time to watch it if you haven't seen it!) the other day with my wife. I loved this movie as a young kid and still see something new watching it the other day. And what a great performance from Tim Curry!
I've never seen Clue but I remember when it was first released in theatres. One of Paramount's major selling points was the three different endings. Being long before 15-20 screen megaplexes were the moviegoing norm and when multi-screen engagements were reserved for only the biggest blockbusters (and even those circumstances were only occasional), all the theatres in the greater Boston area booked it on only one screen, requiring completists to drive from cinema to cinema if they wanted to see them all. (My local multiplex was showing Ending B.)
I really need to revisit "CLUE" and maybe even throw a themed party! Such a great movie! Love the gifs! How fun!
